Octavia Spencer is a precious gem.

I agree with her on supporting work with more diverse casts and characters and people behind the scenes. How many more romantic comedies or family dramas do we need that are just one flavor? Or history of only one shade of people? The thing people miss when they say inclusion is about being PC is that diversity makes

The GOP in general (not just Trump) always works better as a minority party. They are much better at complaining and tell you things are bad than actually fixing them. Because most of their “solutions” help only a very small number of people.

I mean not as much as he should’ve been, but his wife didn’t want to press charges and he got kicked off the team. But I’m more talking about the national outcry, I’m not confident there will be one here once and if the tape is released.

Hard to imagine that the wife of a billionaire would get enticed by a ‘free trip to Chicago’, especially since ‘free’ means you have to go on TV and talk about being abused.

Yeah... I don’t want to weigh in on the situation as a whole, but that “free trip to Chicago” bit just SCREAMS bullshit.

There are a lot of shows that feature black woman/white man pairings. It’s pretty much the go-to if you’re going to show a black woman actually getting romanced and not simply paired off off-screen.

No one can ever be as entertaining as Miss New York. Also I think she’s really smart despite how she comes across because her clap backs are A+.

I think horrible people are just naturally drawn to each other.

Serious question: does Donald actively seek out terrible people to associate with, or do normal people who associate with him eventually become terrible?

I spent much of the weekend watching I Love New York on VH1. I can’t imagine this being even 1/10 as entertaining.

I don’t want to nitpick but I do want to add that Jojo, while boring and a little obnoxious, is half Iranian. Regardless I like Rachel a lot and the show is lucky she consented to be the Bachelorette. She’s definitely too good for Nick and I hope the show does some modicum of right by her.

Rachel was the biggest catch on this season IMO, but I didn’t feel like Nick was really on her level. I’m happy she’ll be getting her own show and a casting a wider net to find a match. (I know it’s mostly all fake but it’s more fun to believe in it)

As a fan of Joe Schmoe Show, Flavor of Love, I Love New York, and Burning Love, hate-watcher of Unreal, and confirmed black woman, I must say: good for her. Maybe I’ll actually tune in for the first time.

I am a long time fan of this show and I am happy a black person is finally the lead. I am not surprised it took this long. This show (to my understanding) has a mostly white audience & no way in hell did I think it would ever happen. I am so used to not seeing myself represented. Scandal is like one of the only TV

For real. They’re both whiny little bitches. Nick would have never been able to land a woman as awesome as Rachel in the real world.

As a black viewer of the show I am annoyed that they are being cutesey and dropping hints and yet I’m also excited because bitch this should have happened a long time ago give WOC our things damn it! Rachel is a joy to watch so I’m hella excited. I feel like they are telling it early so they can get quality guys in

I appreciated this way more than what I saw live. Like I’m sitting here watching as she stands there (looking glorious) for three minutes while some spoken word recording blabbers on and I’m left wondering if it’s going anywhere. Her voice is great but I don’t feel the song. Oh well.

Forget that, more important question... who wore it better....

I couldnt help but think she’s the new princess of Zamunda.
