Since when was “enhancing sport” the goal of the top leagues in any sport? Its an entertainment vehicle to make money, for which the players and coaches are pretty handsomely rewarded for, you know, playing sports.

explain to me why having a la liga game in Miami is bad.  I get that you hate people making money, but other than that, what is bad about getting la liga teams to play 1 game a year in the US?  seeing an _acutal_ world class soccer match live in the Us might actually force MLS to step up from 3rd division quality...

I read this as closely as I can bring myself to read anything Billy writes and I still can’t figure out why a La Liga game being played in the US is bad, exactly. because a US sports marketing company is trying to make money and this hurts the sanctity of the sport because nobody makes money when La Liga plays matches

This just doesn’t seem like a big deal...MLB holds games in Japan, the NBA holds games in Mexico, the NFL holds games in Los Angeles; let leagues host games where they otherwise don’t belong, it’s harmless.

Relevant Sports” is such a sad name for a marketing company. It’s like calling a food supplier “Fit For Human Consumption Meat & Seafood” or a multi-level marketing company “Technically Not a Pyramid Scheme” or a daycare facility “Recently Up-to-Code Nursery”.

You mean because all the Skins players move as though one of their legs is caught in a bear trap?

You seem cool.

I hear it’s part of the Uighur re-education curriculum in Xinjiang.

His looking-the-other-way game is in mid-season form.

I don’t want to get into a feud with Cognac McCarthy, but I believe he isn’t educated on the situation at hand. And so many people could have been harmed not only financially, physically, emotionally, spiritually. So just be careful what we post and say and we do, even though, yes, we do have freedom of speech, but

They are logging less. In fact, they’re not logging anything at all. Because they bricked the goddamn cars.

You’re overlooking the point. It WOULD be small potatoes, and easy to deal with, had it been dealt with several years ago...

It’s a big deal because:
