True, but the picture could use one of those “Ker-pow!” graphics from the 60s Batman series.

My wife is from Georgia but we’ve lived many years in the bay area (where I’m from). Whenever we go back to visit, we tell people where we live and they say “Oh, wow interesting, that’s a whole different culture out there”. At first I thought it was just a polite southern response. Then my wife told me, “No, that’s

Gotta be able to flip that thing off fast when it’s time to PARTY!

Stick to sports-related heckling.

I think it’s an affectation copied from 19th-century formal military wear. Most bands don’t do this (i.e. they keep the straps under the chin where they belong), not only because it looks stupid, IMHO, but also because it’s really annoying for anyone playing a flute or low brass instrument

I don’t know.

Super disappointed to find nothing else filed under this. We need more communist motherfucking stories.

Are we sure this wasn't the Fox News hot mic?

Damn you NCAA for actually making me feel something positive about USC.

Vacating wins is  such a stupid punishment. The games have already been played, it’s not like USC didn’t win the title that year. We all watched it happen, it was lit.

Many? I question this. I don’t know about every area, but in mine there are very few renters. There are also very few houses sitting unoccupied as the owner is waiting for the value to shoot up. Maybe this is the case in low income parts of the city where renting is more common, but where I live people sell their old

But if I buy a house I have to also sell my house which sort of puts me in the same boat as all thise poor sellers doesn't it?

ONLY if you know you’ll be in the property for a long time and it definitely isn’t time to buy investment property. Real estate is overvalued currently similar to 2004-2006. Perhaps not quite as badly - but it is definitely overpriced in many areas. Not all, but many.

The window is pretty big, most homeowners don’t want to spend the Holidays with their home on the market (Christmas trees, decorations, big mess family parties, etc) so you can usually get a good deal if you start looking in fall, and close by early November.

There are a considerable number of predictions of a real estate crash just around the corner in 2020. Waiting a year could get you far better prices if you can wait.

What houses and neighborhoods aren’t suitable for children? Are they built over a native burial ground or something?

Good information to know since I’ll be in the home buying market soon but would’ve been much better to know about it much sooner than 3 days before Fall begins.
