It's a schooner.

I chose to early adopt. I bought two units, one in each of the two colors, for my two kids. My daughter's favorite color is turquoise, and she loves her 3DS. Nobody twisted my arm, and I believe the pre-order came with $25 off a game (Nintendogs & Cats and Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars). I now have two copies of SSFIV, and

Mario Kart DD is awesome. And it helped introduce my daughter (now 12 years old) to gaming. Most competitive games were too frustratingly complex. But it was easy to ride along and wreak havoc in DD.

They're moving away from emphasizing 3D. The Mario game still has 3D in the title, but then I've heard it actually enhances the platforming, and the designers were excited to use it. But in instances where the 3D isn't crucial to the experience, I think Nintendo won't put it right there in the title.

Number two is the poo. Take a whiff.

On Ebay it says they're 'reborn', so it's not quite so offensive... would explain Remus as well.

Does anybody with a streaming-only account know: is it possible to set up a separate streaming queue for my kids? You could do this for DVDs, but I can't figure out how to do it for my kids. And do the 3DS parental controls allow you to set a rating limit for the application (like on the 360... from my kids' profiles

When I had a plan that was DVD only, back in olden times, I had a separate queue for my kids. But when I try to access that queue (I now have a streaming only plan, ever since they started offering it, bees' knees, etc.), it seems it was only a dvd queue and gives me an error message. Does anyone know if it's possible

Netflix' crap is of unprecedented quality and variety.

Turns out Netflix already has this feature... I was fiddling around in the account settings trying to figure out how to set up a watch instantly queue for my kids (they had a queue for dvds when I had a dvd plan, but I guess they'll have to use my queue with parental controls limiting what they can watch? Bollocks.),

OP probably is referring to component cables.

Did everybody just agree to ignore "I know I'm a vampire, Snooki!? Or was I just that drunk. But no, I rewound just to make sure I had heard that. Seems we haven't really seen a lot of pop culture references or meta moves like 'Snookie' reading Charlaine Harris. I hope some adult gave the writers a stern talking too

Yeah... I read those words and new I'd internetted enough for today. It evoked an image of Jim Shooter masturbating furiously while writing Jack/Parry slashfic for The Fisher King. Spoiler alert: Shooter over-uses the word 'hirsute' to an embarrassing extent.

No, no, no... because our attempts to eradicate diseases in the third world are thwarted by concerns that vaccines are attempts to sterilize/poison/whatever. If there is a legitimate concern that the CIA might bend vaccination programs towards other uses, it will be a huge setback in the fight to eradicate diseases

I went to streaming only a while ago, so I'm not alarmed by the change-over. Yes, there is occasionally something I'll miss, but I was always such a procrastinator about watching and returning the discs, anyway. So it wasn't really a good deal for me. Of course I feel others' pain, but I can understand that neither

SH wasn't a masterpiece, but it was certainly very very entertaining, and I was drooling for a sequel as the credits rolled. I love film as art, but I also like when films are content to be fun and entertaining, without being completely moronic (*cough cough Transformers cough*). I felt like Thor (although very

Great idea, and it wouldn't cost them anything. And if I were worried about the cap, there are some things I would choose to watch in HD (special effects heavy sci-fi and fantasy, and some gorgeously shot non-genre films, and other things I'm happy watching in SD, like a lot of animation and TV shows. Seems like it

I'm a little disappointed by the CIA story. The intention was good, but there is so much paranoia around vaccination programs, and it does not help to use them for anything other than the advertised purpose. Eradication of disease is more important than a short term military goal.

For the record, Amazon's don't come in a horrible plastic coffin that you have to hack through with a knife or scissors and then tear open just to get at your cable... I hate those things, and almost all video game accessories use that type of packaging... and usually there isn't any way to tell what you might be
