@natanku: Are you the guy on the right? The cleft chin works for you, but you should try to smile more.

@kathartik: Well, good luck. If you get it, don't stop looking for something better. But not having a job sucks, and it's easier to get a job when you have a job.

@goldenroad: LOST is over, I got my $20 credit applied from my Amazon pre-order of Super Mario Galaxy 2, and Alan Wake was on sale for $49.99, so I snapped it up for $29.99 and Amazon should have it here Friday. If the game is scary, I probably won't play it straight through, but intersperse its chapters with the end

J Allard before and after: he may have read The Game, but he never lost it.

Rare is another company that doesn't equate 'appeals to children' with dumbed down or infantile. Ubisoft's Rayman Raving Rabbids and Capcom's Zack & Wiki also had this 'Pixar' quality. It's unfortunate that for every one of these quality games, there are two or three poor games with a license from a kids' movie or TV

Super Mario Bros. 3. I will also accept Super Mario World. SMW has my favorite soundtrack of all the Mario games.

@jhgoforth: It's kind of hard to imagine, but could easily be good. One thing's for sure, I could really go for some fries right about now...

@Dnyde: I've never had poutine, but it looks like something I'd enjoy. In Germany, you can have mayo, curry ketchup or mushroom gravy with your Pommes Frittes.

@Tyrunn: I preferred the arcade version, something about standing up, and the solid feel of the trac-ball was really appealing. I want to say there was a trac-ball peripheral, but for me, those games always work better in an arcade cabinet. I did really enjoy Breakout and Warlords, though.

@Tyrunn: Atari 2600. My first games were Combat and Space Invaders. My favorites were Asteroids, Yar's Revenge, River Raid and H.E.R.O.

@Ethereus: There's too many of the damn things here in America. And it's not just McDonalds, it's not just fast food. We are overrun by chain restaurants and shallow, repetitive architecture. Almost anywhere you go is the same boring landscape with the same 50 stores and restaurants and the same housing developments.

@Cooking Utensil: @Cooking Utensil: Corn I can see, especially if it's roasted. And I have to admit, before I lived in Germany, I would have never thought mayo would be good on fries. Overall, I'm fairly pro-mayo. And I would try it, once, but it doesn't look appealing.

@Rampage: It's drizzled on the top.

@Rampage: I quite enjoy mayo on fries, although I often use ketchup or curry ketchup. And lord knows, I'll try anything once, so maybe someday I'll try Japanese pizza. The mayo makes me worry, though.

@trogam: A friend of mine puts sugar on pepperoni pizza... I never do it myself, but I tried it, and it was quite tasty. I do occasionally go for pepperoni and pineapple. It's a nice contrast, both in texture and between the mild spiciness of the pepperoni and the sweetness of the pineapple. It's kind of like adding

@Ethereus: I'm American, and it makes me sad, too.

@Michael Dukakis: You know, I've heard about the mayo and corn thing before, but a small part of me dies every time it's repeated.

I really look forward to playing this game... when it goes on sale. Since there's no multiplayer component, it will be just as nice a treat on that day as a week ago. Nothing against the game, it looks terrific, and there are many games I would give a pass at $5, or wouldn't download if they were free. It looks great,

@clydemarshall: I couldn't believe my luck. It was at Gamestop, too. I saw it for $40 through Amazon earlier this moring, but since it's used, you probably can't get free shipping.

@Azquelt: I paid $30 for a used copy of Electroplankton. Shit was so cash.
