What he said makes perfect sense to anyone who has spent time in Charlottesville. The police there only do this to people they think are townies. A bunch of small suits don’t help in isolation. You’re rolling the dice on a very small chance of an officer being held accountable for his actions. But the national trend towards accountability can’t HURT.
