If “some quirks” are an easy fix, then seller would’ve done so before listing. This is like “A/C works, just needs a recharge” when in fact A/C system is garbage and will require a complete replacement.

It’s nuts how much A/C was back in the day, I don’t know if it was standard on any car, even Cadillacs. The A/C option would add like 10-15% to the price of the car.
