That generation was not only the most hideous-looking Maxima, but possibly the ugliest car from any manufacturer. 

Back in the ‘80s I test drove a Maxima SE with a 5-speed and thought it was the absolute coolest car in the world. My broke ass couldn’t afford one, but man I loved it.

True shame about the wheels as the stock C4 rims are awesome. And I do hate it when a seller says the A/C doesn’t work but “just needs a recharge.” If that’s the case just get it charged and market it with working A/C. But it’s still NP

Enthusiasts do buy V8 sedans when they’re offered, but there aren’t enough enthusiasts. The masses buy V8 SUV’s and as sad as that is, it’s just how it is.

If this thing was bone-stock, unmolested, and had a clean title it would STILL be ND at $40K. The seller is higher than Jeff Portnoy in a Vietnamese heroin factory.

Take away the decals and hideous wheels and maybe it’s $15-20K
