Ooh yes that’s a genius idea. Crowd-sourcing locations of hauntings! I’d definitely check out my whole neighborhood on there.

Ok this is horrifying! I’m very impressed that you were brave enough to stay there for so long after so many experiences, especially with those two specific angry ghosts!

I could see it being an awkward conversation to ask the elderly gentleman but maybe the landlord should be confronted about it? Similar to the story posted as a comment to yours (by YourFriendAC) above, I’m starting to feel like there’s an obligation for landlords to disclose this stuff??

Wow and what a special experience it must have been for your aunt too, to know that her mother was that connected to her to pass along such an important message. Thanks for sharing your story!

Yep that’s a great list! I’m out of the loop on whether Margot Robbie is booked for another appearance but it does kind of sound like she’s passing the baton? I’m down to see more women take their turn in the role.

Yiiiiiiikes thank goodness for her survival instincts

Noooo Sue!!!!

Beautiful. Did you mention this to your aunt, and did she have any reason why she chose to reach out with that information in that moment?

I vividly remember one that was called ‘turn around’ or something like that, where an intruder was watching a child do their homework and waiting for the child to turn around to look at them, and wrote time intervals on the door/wall, like “5pm - look at me; 5:10pm look at me” etc.

Shade aside I agree with Margot Robbie’s take on that, in an age where there are a million comic and superhero/villain movies and tv shows and we get one or two interesting female characters. Esp in that franchise which is known for different men’s takes on Batman and Joker but get only a few women’s takes on

I really wonder why it doesn’t get torn down. Surely in the crazy housing market the land is worth more than the house especially if it’s a nice neighborhood. And surely neighbors would be willing to tolerate a lot of tear-down and construction annoyance in exchange for not having a terrifying response to a house on

Seconded :)

“Beautiful room. Wonderful stay.” I love that they left it on a high note, lol. Very considerate.

Yes, this! The movie A Ghost Story explores this take. Also Sixth Sense, I think?

This is beautiful! The confluence of it all... stopping the podcast... just, wow. Did you ever see him in that form again?

I love it! Someone among us is an epidemiologist biologist saying, “look up! Is there a tree?? Is there a tree??? IS there a tree leaving the flowers??? Look up goshdarnit!” ;)

Beautiful. I’m so glad that he was there for you all in that moment.

The axe! nooooope

Those rascals!
