Absolutely, that was why I put that comment at the end. The music probably matches the intended demographic and therefore is a good choice, but *shakes cane in the air angrily* music is about instruments and computers are not instruments.
The best part of this? It has to gall the idiots who built homes around a decades established race track then formed an organization called CARS (Citizens Against Raceway Noise, or some such bullshit acronym) and lobbied to get Raceway Park closed. I hope this keeps them up at night. Idiots.
that's not a dumb idea at all really.....
I suggest they build the podium out of it. There's got to be enough oak there to do it.
I will have you NEMESIS! *maniacal laughter*
Careless, not brave. When you're born into a swimming pool full of blood money and are allowed to flit around the world without a single straw of accountability, leaving that thing running is akin to you or I leaving a can of pop unattended - if it vanishes, I can get another.
I never understood why the schools punished their own students this way. There is never parking and the smallest infraction nets you a ticket. Wouldn't you want to do anything you could to ensure your students are able to make it to class on time?
Baby steps. Rallycross first.
Way to take a light-hearted jab about fashion statement fixies and make a federal case out of it. Pot meet kettle.
It's okay, it's my fault for accidentally wandering into a discussion with a bike snob. Don't worry, you are totally superior, I accept that.
Just to clarify, Danny is not a BMX rider. He's a trials rider. Yeah, to people outside of cycling i'm splitting hairs, but there's a definitive difference in the types of bikes used.
Bringing race into this discussion is pretty asinine.
Not for the faint of heart:
Every time I see stories like this, especially accompanied with that sad photo, I can't help but wonder how their life got on the path to becoming the psychopath / weirdo that they are today. There had to be some point when they were just a regular person with real dreams, passions and goals. Then something happened,…
I've wanted a mid 2000's WRX for a long time. I had a '01 Volvo S40 until The suspension broke, and I had to get rid if it. I loved the feeling of the turbo, and i want it back. The Subaru fits that perfectly with its AWD and more sporty handling, and the availability of a manual transmission. I just need a good…
A bit more on the mundane side, but Turbodiesel compact cars. If I get to the point where I can have a dedicated race car rather than racing my DD, I'll be picking up a diesel car for sure. Even with the higher diesel prices in my area, I just can't argue with the longevity and MPG of a diesel compact.
