Contrary to popular belief, there are many extremely fun ways to exploit the handling characteristics of virtually any FWD chassis.

Glad to see that my "Morono" nickname has stuck!
For me it's the Murano - I have even started pronouncing it "Morono" because of the idiocy of the average Murano driver.
RAV-4 drivers tend to exhibit the worst combination of arrogance and ineptitude imaginable.
Definitely not, but the sort of people that write passive-aggressive notes like these tend to be the kind that don't have a snowball's chance in hell of actually owning the car they are complaining about.
At least he is taking responsibility for his actions instead of blaming it entirely on the other driver - more officers need to follow his lead instead of hiding behind their badge and pretending they are above "regular" people and above the law.
Of course, most likely written by someone who drives a Corolla and won't be able to buy one of these ever.
I am not saying that the "cameraman" has zero part in the accident, but what I am saying is that the officer made a blatantly deliberate attempt to "swoop and squat" and cause an accident.
Looks fairly obvious to me the officer swooped in front and then crammed on the brakes.
What justifies anyone, police officer or otherwise, from tearing past someone and then slamming on their brakes with intent to cause an accident?
Every time I see stories like this, especially accompanied with that sad photo, I can't help but wonder how their life got on the path to becoming the psychopath / weirdo that they are today. There had to be some point when they were just a regular person with real dreams, passions and goals. Then something happened,…
Not much more than it would normally be worth, but still a cool little rig. From what I've gathered watching the show, it's even a manual!
A bit more on the mundane side, but Turbodiesel compact cars. If I get to the point where I can have a dedicated race car rather than racing my DD, I'll be picking up a diesel car for sure. Even with the higher diesel prices in my area, I just can't argue with the longevity and MPG of a diesel compact.
An observation that can be related to the dating world as well. Men that treat women like crap never get cheated on or left, but men that try to treat women right get used as a doormat and dumped. Treat a car like shit and it never breaks down, try to take care of it and it turns into an unreliable turd.
