If we didn’t have an EC, we might have had Sanders right now as President Elect. I mean, a huge deal for democrats was that he wasn’t electable, but a lot of that was because of the EC and the kind of campaigns that parties are forced to run because of it.

Are people really saying that? I’ve worked in a lot of retail stores and employees generally don’t give a fuck about who is at their store as long as you don’t give them any extra work. Would be kind of a weird thing to spend money on.
