People who reserved the Founders Series Roadster (1,000 units) had to put down the full $250k. $250 million interest free loan to Tesla.

Short of wearing the actual red hat, there’s no other way more effective in communicating to the world that you’re a FUCKING ASSHOLE, than driving one of these monstrosities. Fucking morons.

Seriously. Who names their child "King"? Either you expect great things out of them, or you expect them to be an absolute asshole. Clearly this is the second one.

President Elect-Rapist Trump just named Vanga head of the National Transportation Safety Board

In a related report, King Vanga was able to successfully sue his parents....for naming him King Vanga.

How much stock you holdin’?

I don’t think you understand how depreciation works. It’s a nice effort, I’ll give you that. But when a vehicle was originally sold for an amount and then sells again for a different amount, those are the numbers that matter. Do you think you’ll be able to sell that brand new $80k CT for $75k next year? Lol go ahead

Damn. You’re right. Who’s gonna get the fly first?

Asking price does not equal selling price. And a $15,000 discount for 50 miles isn't what I'd call "holding value" either.

He is becoming further and further detached from reality.

This chud looks like Chet at the end of weird science.

That raggedy edge at the top of the windshield screams hidden rust everywhere, so, nope.

If those floor mats are a better look than what’s underneath, I don’t want to know what’s underneath. As has already been said, too rough for the money. ND.

Tesla got a government loan of 465 million in 2010 (670 million in today’s money). At the time they had produced about 1,000 roadsters and had a revenue of 20 million.

The corruption and self-dealing we’re going to see over the next 4 (or more) years is going to be on a scale never seen before in US history.

His comment about Tesla highlights the massive conflict of interest Musk has. No CEO should be in government, much less the world’s richest, with lucrative government contracts.

Hey, remember how Tesla got Department of Energy loans back in the day to support their early manufacturing!?

I vote for he knows he’s lying and doesn’t care.

When I read this headline, I expected some real shit to have gone down. After reading the article, I can't help but wonder what these people's issue is. Sure, missing Antarctica is disappointing, but can you really blame the company for a random engine failure? Shit happens. They are even offering a 50% refund after ⅔

Oh. Fuck. Off.
