The first car I bought was a two door 1974 Honda Civic that had been halfway turned into a track car. The rear window flew right off one day as I was going down highway 101. Luckily for me a nearby junkyard has a replacement. 

This seems like a perfect example of how rare doesn’t automatically equal valuable.
