Well, that $442/hour did include the actual truck and plow, it wasn’t just the driver.  Fair rate looks like (based on the other quotes mentioned) about $250/hr.

It’s exactly the same thing.  In both cases, you’re saying that the victim bears responsibility for not assuming that the perpetrator is going to break the law and harm them.
