Oh man, now there’s a deep cut. I watched that disaster of a film in theaters. Not gonna lie, my friends and I had a blast with how terrible it was... If they haven’t done a Rifftrax of that yet I am going to petition it.

I’m pretty much in agreement here, but I’m curious where Laika Studios fits into this equation. So far their record of Coraline -> Paranorman -> Boxtrolls is stunning, and they seem to be getting better with each movie... Personally I think Boxtrolls was just as good as anything Pixar’s ever done, but that’s just me.
