They played down big reasons Why LS swaps are popular: packaging. The LS is very compact. Get an aluminum block and they’re typically much lighter than the engine they’re replacing.

Yep if I had ths money Id put an LS in my Sky Redline and I wouldnt care what someone walking by would think.

Barra in a Z

This is the problem with the Barra:

Lots of Truth there.  I put a Mopar small block and 5 speed in a 1940 Ford.  This added at least a hundred hours of labor building brackets, researching and sourcing parts and tinkering to get everything to fit and look as nice as I wanted vs ordering parts to either bolt in a Chevy, our at the least getting pre made

I have a Magna-charged .030" over LQ4 in my ‘79 Delta 88, Bubba. It...

The CBX really does sing, no doubt about that. I’ve heard them on the road before and definitely been “my god what is THAT!?”

Let us compare the sound of both the CBX and the VFR. Without a doubt, they *both* sound absolutely intoxicating... The VFR could easily be mistaken for a 1960s-early 70s Grand Prix car while the CBX is most definitely a late 80s-1990s Formula 1 car. As far as which is better? I’d honestly have to say they both give

My reading comprehension is for shit, apparently. With that said, I have no idea why he got what he got. I suspect it had to do with having a great contract lawyer.

Never forget that this loser’s first response after Lion Air was to “blame the pilots”. His first response after Ethiopian’s crash was to proclaim the “absolutely safe status of the design”.

Bring-A-Trailer is a wonderful place to see all sorts of exotic, unusual, rare, offbeat, bizarre, impossible to find, and otherwise drool-worthy machines. I’m on the site far too many times every day for sound mental health. It’s fantastic entertainment, like watching the Barrett-Jackson auctions.

The migration is obviously from urban density to less density.

I feel like this list is a little unfair in that a few entries are more tied to style or emotional concept than goodness.

Yeah, fair play. Honestly, I’ve kind of forgotten what goes where - I’ve not watched Roadkill since they went over to Motortrend on Demand, as much as I love the show, I can’t afford another 12-ish bucks a month(6usd, but but local currency is a bit weak at the moment) for another streaming service, that realistically

That carbon fiber ‘70 Charger from SpeedKore is probably a quarter million dollar car...must be nice to have Kevin Hart money.

Why did Alfa Romeo fail? Because people who buy luxury crossovers don’t want a headache.”

“Yep, the one guy in the universe that’s had 0 problems with his Alfa after driving it for only six months and 1,000 miles will not tolerate this brand smearing.”
