I can’t remember how the Dodgers pitched to Baez so I’m not sure how much this series comes down to Cleveland’s pitching or Baez getting too cocky and too jumpy at the plate. Not taking credit away from Cleveland but it doesn’t help that the old Javy is batting.

Saving Chapman’s arm would make a little more sense if it wasn’t an elimination game. It’ll be tough to ask him for another 4+ out appearance tomorrow but I bet he’ll get the call in the 9th if it’s a close game.

You can also freeze ice in a water bottle, cut the plastic off and put it in a freezer bag and not have to worry about the coin possibly sitting on top of floating ice. It’ll be easier to see if the ice melted.

He could be in a wheel chair and still be a better left handed bat than Heyward and Coghlan combined.

Hey now. My dad drunkenly stumbled out of an Olive Garden bathroom, beckoning his friend to come have a laugh from the drunk guy pissing with his pants around his ankles, only to realize once he turned around to wash up that he had Down’s. So I’m apprehensive to poke fun.

They dropped Zastryzny who hasn’t thrown a single pitch in the playoffs.

Don’t know how you can put any blame on Contreras. I’m not sure even Javy Baez makes a great tag on that awful throw.

Indy isn’t awful, but as a South Bend resident I don’t have high standards.

My first week of college, at orientation, we were taught that being too drunk to say no does not, in any way, mean yes. Whoever Rose had fill in for him must have forgotten to relay that to him later.

Bumgarner almost hit a damn dong in his AB, freaking ridiculous man.

That’s a brutal hit but I don’t see how you could call that anything other than incidental helmet-to-helmet contact.

I go by my middle name, which also happens to be my dad’s name. I did not make this choice, my family has always called me it. I tried to change over to my first name but mean kids in 1st grade calling me Donald Duck made me give up on it.

Seems like a reasonable thing to ask for. We need more Hamiltons.

I feel like these dudes are always baked on air. Or maybe it’s just me who is always baked when I watch them.

That won’t affect states’ use of private prisons, as well as the Marshals and Immigration, who accounted for 40% of one companies revenue compared to the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ 11%.

If you ignore his first comment evoking the Nazi party, his follow up sounded sane, although less relevant with the DoJ announcing they aren’t going to use private prisons going forwards.

I’m all for providing jobs to inmates to help them re-integrate, but maybe not manufacturing combat gear for our military. Although somewhere up the chain, and probably not far, was a non-inmate who oversaw these issues and allowed them to happen.
