I remember reading a Cracked article by Mara Wilson about child actors that said the same thing. Maybe there should be more regulation over the amount and quality of education that child actors get.

Seriously, it takes so long to be vetted as a refugee. If terrorists are sneaking into the country, doing so as a refugee is just about the least efficient way possible.
