This is not exactly true. You can only be arrested if there is reasonable suspicion that you had been driving drunk. For example if you take a nap in the parking lot next to the bar you will be fine. If you’re taking a nap on the side of the highway you won’t be so fine (unless your car drove itself onto the highway).
