I appreciate the sentiment but you actually shouldn’t do that. Waiters clear tables in a specific way in order to be able to carry things most efficiently and then drop it in the kitchen for the dish washer. Trying to assist often hurts more than it helps.

You use the paragraph to talk about how spartan the car is with just an engine, some seats, and some storage (things you need), and nothing else (things you don’t). “Nothing you need” doesn’t make sense in this context.
