Just a wild guess but I bet those spark plugs are a nightmare to access and shop rates at Alfa are on the high end. 

It’s true.  You lease for a set period of time... the mileage is an allowance, not a guarantee that you’ll be able to hit that number during the 36 months.

Alfa’s keys to “success”:

Not when it spends a month in the shop while barely hitting 20K miles.
