yeah from an actual game design standpoint Pokemon GO is pretty crap. so any stripped down or even reskinned version of that is just going to be pure garbage without any solid IP to save it. i often joke that Pokemon GO is the game with systems i hate to love to play.

the housing market is insane. with current prices on two-bedrooms in most urban areas $2600/month on rent is just barely within budget when considering the down payment on a new home + fees + insurance + property tax + escrow + principle + interest. a house is a luxury item now. most people can’t afford them anymore.
