Interesting article, but how is it possible to compare three off-roaders and not mention the available/not available lockers and sway bar disconnects?

I totally agree. I moved to a Pixel 6 Pro at launch, and I’ve missed my Pixel 4XL ever since.

This hit too close to home, what with my Father being a Harley-riding dentist and my Mother being a school teacher that also did bookkeeping on the side.

I can’t stop laughing!

After sitting in a T-Roc, I’d say that it really isn’t premium. Car reviewers over here seem to delude themselves into thinking that all VW products are premium, but to me it just seemed like acres of hard, scratchy plastic.

Yeah, I agree with that.

I’ve been saying for a while that the current base Civic is how the Type R should have looked.

Can we please call them Fauxglamps© ?

I’m not sure your last statement is at all true. Grand Wagoneers were immensely popular on the coast, especially New England.

Fair enough, I just read “an American version of a Range Rover” to be implying that the RR was the original.
I’m in the UK and everybody here seems to think the Range Rover was the first, which gets on my nerves haha!
I’ve even had people over here try to tell me that it was the very first SUV!

To be fair, the original was doing what the Range Rover eventually did, before the Range Rover existed.

Haha, woah there! Sorry you’ve had a bad day.

David’s sentence makes perfect sense.
I don’t think you’re a fine one to talk on reading comprehension, as he’s quite clearly saying that they’re in worse condition than he would expect for their age.

No need to be such an ass to everybody!

the US is one of Matador’s biggest export markets”...
doesn’t show any North American dealers”

I’ve seen people quickly contradict themselves before, but rarely within the same sentence.”

I’m not a Trump fan at all, and I don’t think that this is a regulation that needs changing.

However, this headline is totally misleading.

“Donald Trump Plots to Destroy Showering”

How? By making showers better?
Whatever you think about this latest idiotic statement of his, one thing we can surely agree on is that it

My Grand Wagoneer is like that too!
I’m actually going through the carb at the moment trying to eke out as many MPGs as I possibly can.

I live in England and I use it daily through the summer.
The most MPG I’ve managed so far is 12.

We own a couple of American imports in the UK, the larger of the two being a 1974 Ford F100.
To be honest, I don’t have any issue driving anywhere with it.

People like to assume that it won’t fit to places but with a single cab/long bed it’s not really any different in size to the vans (Ford Transits etc.) that we see

The other generations of Grand Cherokee prior were also built in Austria, both the ZJ and the WJ.
Both could be had with a diesel and the ZJ diesel was only available as a manual.

Also, the diesel in the ZJ was a VM Motori, an Italian company.

Hmmm.

This sounds a little like the story of running propane/LPG over here in the UK.

My 1991 Jeep Grand Wagoneer runs on it as it’s half the price of gas, and gas is currently $5 per gallon, which is considered cheap.

Recently, one of the biggest stations with propane pumps (Shell) have cancelled their contract and started

I spotted that too, then Googled it just in case!

According to one definition: “A dwarf; (more generally) a stunted or frail person or animal; specifically the smallest and weakest animal or bird in a litter or brood.”

I don’t think it’s exclusive to American cars! My favorite example of stupidity is when people put snow chains on just the front tires of their BMW.

I don’t think it should be possible to out it on and leave it on. In my experience, in most cars with a rear fog it’s one of those switches that automatically resets when the ignition is turned off.

I totally agree, although reading that back sounds a lot like the Dodge Journey!
