That’s a nice example. I’m at a similar price point now on my NA. Bought it for $2800 and immediately blew the head gasket. Replaced that, the cooling system, tires, wheels, multiple oil leaks, rebuilt the shifter, etc. It’s rock solid reliable now. Just needs the AC fixed and eventually a limited slip.

This works a good 70% of the time. It at least gives them a hint that I don’t appreciate being tailgated, especially when my Miata can be totalled with basically a tap on the back. Sometimes they get angry but more often than not they take the hint and change lanes.

Yep, this is what I was hoping for as well.

Impressive in how they don’t use any tape. Just some guide lines and holding a stick.

This got a legitimate laugh from me. Thanks, I needed that today.

I would check Hydro74’s site. He designs a lot of vintage-inspired fonts.

Yes, I think in a smaller car (smaller than the 200) it might not be bad, but the power doesn’t feel proportionate to what you’d want in vehicles this large. Maybe the 2.4 will sell in Europe, but here in the US the V6 seems like the better idea.

If it’s a stupid idea and it works (or in this case, it sells) then it isn’t a stupid idea. The exterior didn’t really bother me, and I could say that I actually like the looks of the Trailhawk edition. If it had looked like the original Cherokee, would anyone have cared more about it, or would they even care as much

It’s funny that this came up, because I’m in the middle of editing some photographs from a cars & coffee event earlier this year, with a cherry 1984 Lotus Esprit Turbo. Definitely one of my favorite Giugiaro designs.

I was thinking Porsche, but either way, it’s definitely not Polestar.

B11 Sentra. Man, that was a great car. Manual transmission, weighed next to nothing, and 67(?) screaming horsepower.

Surprisingly not The Onion.

I loved Complex String! A total nightmare to learn but a great testing track.

It will always be the first Ferrari which I got to drive. Sooo much fun. My wife bought me one of those 3 or 4 lap deals through Gotham Dream Cars with the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder. When we arrived, I heard and saw the F430 doing some laps and knew I needed to drive it. So, we upgraded to driving both. As luck

To each their own. I still think the grille is a step back. Even if they went to something different for the next Z car, to backpedal the design during the mid-cycle refresh seems weak. It at least matches the rest of the car on the 350. Here, it just looks to me like they neutered the design.

He still writes for MotoIQ.

He still writes, for MotoIQ. FYI. Still good old Dave.

They fixed it again later with the 675LT. That one finally looks right.

Ugh, this one annoys me the most. The 370 was perfect when it came out. The newer grille design is like a step back to the more vanilla 350 and the LEDs do look tacked on.

I wasn’t really thrilled when they went to fixed headlamps. “Ruined” is a strong word though.
