Oh come on. You could apply these comments to almost any model made today that has a legacy. It looks like any number of other popular SUVs and clearly that’s what sells. Is it my thing? No. But for people who buy family haulin’ crossovers? Its fine.

Secondly, are you forgetting what the Blazer turned into? From the

Absolutely the right take on this. I work at a Chev dealership, and seeing the salesmen try and sell this lukewarm baby stroller to families is just so so sad.

He seriously faces 10 YEARS in prison for this? I can see a big ‘ole fine and maybe a year, though that still seems excessive.

Why tho?

What are you talking about? That kind of protective shipping film is a standard feature on *hundreds* of different products, and peeling it off of a new gizmo is one of life’s few remaining joys. I would seriously question the credibility of any technology reviewer who left it in place before rendering their verdict -

But at 2,000 bucks a piece, it’s certainly worrying to see so many problems with the phone so soon.

I mean, why bother? If it’s that easy to peel off, then it’s 100% going to peel off on its own within, what, 10 days of use? The only way to prevent it from peeling off is to prevent it from peeling off, whether a person is doing the peeling or it’s being done by the ravages of weeks of normal use.

I got the Galaxy S10 and it has a screen protector on it and I removed it before anything else thinking it was just packing film. Luckily though it was just a screen protector and not actually a part of the screen. In this situation they should have a sticker on there that says not to remove the film.

New fold who dis?

So that’s why Folding@Home isn’t supported on a phone.

Someone in product development and product design is going to hurt for this, I suspect.  Consumers remove film from all sorts of things - receivers, speakers, phones, etc.  That’s what we’re supposed to do and if we don’t, eventually, it starts bubbling with use or wear or heat and we remove it then.  Samsung

Yeah there needs to be a warning on the outside of the box and have it be the first thing you see in the box saying “DON’T TAKE OFF THE SCREEN PROTECTOR”

Now that it’s abundantly clear that “early adopter” = “beta tester,” why do so many people still willingly drop hundreds or thousands of dollars to beta test a massive company’s products?

Man, having an important film that looks exactly like a shipping protection film is a really, really bad idea. Who approved that?

too soon

That, or he just couldn’t stop kicking the back of the pilot’s seat...

“Exactly why his ejection seat went off is a mystery.”

64 yr old was British, that was his hard Brexit.

This is what blows me away. I’ve never seen this much crowd support for a monopoly in my life. You can’t expect Epic to have the same games as Steam and compete with them. And this is a TIMED exclusive. And a short one. Good Christ.
