The scarier thing is that this senile old idiot simply blurts out whatever shit floats through his wrecked shell of a mind, anytime he wants. This imbecile “knows” state secrets. That’s terrifying.

I went thr0ugh a crazy fitness phase about 10 years ago, too. I was at the gym 2 hours a day, 7 days a week. I studied, and read, and looked into everything, and tried damn near everything. My big takeaways:

I know. That’s one of the things that bothers me most about these embezzlement-type cases. Seriously, you’re committing crimes. At least try to make sure that if you get away with it, you won’t have to keep committing crimes. But it seems like they always spend it on crap.

He may try, but I guarantee the two are being kept far, far apart. You don’t let the criminals talk to the witnesses. Well, unless you want to bust them for witness tampering, too.

I know. I find myself awash with sympathy for her plight. I can’t imagine being forced to live in a mansion and engage in utterly superficial high society parties and whatnot. I may cry.

True. I think of gaslighting as a broader term that applies to any time someone tries to make you doubt yourself. I had a supervisor once who would move computer files around in the middle of the night to interfere with my work so this person could discredit me, for example. I see that as classic gaslighting. This

Excellent extended metaphor. Needs far more stars.

Gotta say, I’m not going to miss her.

“I believe the president would always do the right action.”

Me either. Maybe Lake and Osceola Counties, but I doubt it. So pretty sure that 74,000 number he’s braying about is a lie.

No, the bill has been paid. It’s policy in Orlando that any use of any city facility must be paid for up front, no exceptions. You don’t pay, you don’t play.

Trump’s rally is June 18 and the debates in Miami are June 26 and 27.

I posted this before, but he’s coming to Orlando and Orlando required payment up front. Of course, it’s a deep blue city in a deep blue county with a Democratic mayor.

If they do, they’re laughing at us about it. Guaranteed.

Plus, incessant repetition is a classic brainwashing technique. Fox uses it on their viewers, but that obviously exposes the staff to the same mind-numbing repetition.

I know. Somebody (wish I could give credit) called it Schrödinger’s joke. It’s a term for when an asshole says something, and you take offense, and then they claim it was “just a joke” and you can’t “take a joke.”

This. I had a troll in the grays try and trollsplain one of Trump’s comments the other day. Why does the “President” require assistance in communicating? I know the Obama presidency ended over a century ago, and my memory is failing because of the vast sweep of time between then and now, but I don’t remember him

Sure, but dementia makes it worse. My mom goes into these weird fugue states where she talks incessantly about something that she’s fixated on. It’s usually imaginary, like, “I saw a man with a gun!,” and you can’t redirect or divert her. It’s a lot like what Trump does.

He probably thinks JFK is still alive, and hanging out with Frederick Douglass.

Exactly. It plays to his “strengths.”
