I guess it’s bespoke in the way that no other “manufacturer” uses a similar setup with a LS turbo mid engine “production” car other than SSC maybe?

I have never seen a 2v cam phaser fail. Slapped out tensioneers and guides maybe. But never seen a well maintained 2v fail. God taxi drivers would get millions on 2v 4.6
