I got Strike Vector on PC when it came out and was immediately discouraged by how hard it was. When you first start playing you’ll die. A. LOT. Usually from crashing into crap.

I had been followed by Giz, Kotaku, Steamed, Sploid, and a few other sub blogs for a while now, then I got followed by 7 seemingly random sub blogs. io9 was one of them.

I don’t personally understand the culture, but I do find it fascinating. I see the appeal of creating your own alternate reality/character from scratch and being able to live a fun(?) fantasy.

This comment deserves so much more.

I’ve somehow managed to avoid jumping on the Overwatch bandwagon, so I have no idea the stories behind any of them either. I really dig everything she said!

The small game group I’m in used to use Mumble, it was pretty good, but not free. We used to just go in there and hang out, people would pop in and out all the time, it was great. Eventually no one was using it at all, which was kinda sad.
