Ever notice that the theme from New Vegas was added into the OST of one of the Far Harbor tracks?

It’s sort of amazing that out of the trillions and trillions of planets in this game an uncountable ways life can be calculated, so many players end up finding creatures that look nearly exactly the same.

Starbound had been on my wishlist for a long time after seeing a few friends playing it together. It didn’t really seem like the type of game I would like. I did like the sci-fi aspect, though.

Yup. This was a fun little distraction for a while. Interesting and kind of exciting.

You’d think they’d be able to afford to hire a FANTASTIC social media/PR person with the millions of dollars they’re raking in a day. Shoot, they could hire someone to DO the hiring if they didn’t know what to look for.

The game looks awesome, but the event certainly was..... “special”.

I also gotta say how much I love the “god rays” you have coming from those windows. That’s one effect I was always too lazy to attempt, but it really adds a lot. Must have a super high light map scale on those walls too.

I have my year 11 Steam badge, but only got into the social/group side a few years ago. Joined a gaming group that I still play with regularly, and love them all, but one of them “gifted” me Bad Rats back then.... at first I thought it was really nice of them!

I remember being blown away that I could pickup an empty soda can and toss it around when this game first came out. Something so boring to us now was mind blowing then.

I love seeing and hearing from people that are into the Source engine and it’s various iterations. I remember playing with Hammer and making multiplayer maps on GoldSource with friends at LAN parties forever ago when we were still in high school.

I remember reading that article. I love supporting indies, but I just don’t think I was interested in the game.
