The best thing I ever did for my diet was join a CSA. Sadly, the one I liked is now an extra hour of driving, so I’m not in it this year, but I so highly recommend that anyone who can join one do it, at least once. It was wonderful. Plus, mine had baby goats to cuddle several times throughout the summer.
