Already have my ticket to see it Friday, been looking forward to seeing it since the first trailer. My expectations for it aren’t crazy, but from the sounds of this review it’s exactly what I’m hoping it will be. Excited to see Spencer in the role.

Did the same, refused to watch it until my son, who loves the movie and Taika Waititi, finally convinced me to do so.

I figured it would be a severe drop in quality from the movie to the show, but they are nailing it every episode. Have not been disappointed.

That’s my biggest issue with the first. EVERY commercial and honestly, EVERY review I saw said how it was the scariest King adaptation ever, and it was so faithful, and it was just terrifying, and I was just sort of...bored?

This one does look a lot better, so, hopefully it pulls through.
