My son, who's 14, picked this up for himself, without any suggestion from me (I don't even own it despite playing the originals). He was a big fan of Skate also, and unless he's doing it in secret he's never touched a skateboard.

Which is a little weird, right? The rest of that game was Peter oriented, and his and his Spiderman's relationships were very integral to the plot, Doc Ock specifically. Killing that Peter off now seems.....rough, but I was also never a big comics reader so I guess this is the same experience they got in the Ultimate…
I was one of the bad reactors. I also didn’t like the mockumentary format (used to hate The Office as well).
Sad to see you go, but happy that you're excited for the new opportunity. Wishing you all the best Heather!
I think Affleck’s probably has the most personality. Bale Wayne is just Batman without the costume. Keaton’s, my favorite because he’s Michael Keaton, is a blank slate. Kilmer’s is too caught up on the parents death aspect. Clooney’s may be the only one that comes close, mainly due to bouncing off two young actors,…

I imagine it’s a lot easier to animate an inanimate object like a gun that’s lifeless than an arm and a hand. But I'm no animator, so just guessing.
Yeah, watched this with the fiancee a few nights ago because she’s a big Culkin fan (Party Monster is her favorite movie). It was nice in that we’ve been wanting to take a trip to Thailand, and the movie is a fantastic ad for Thailand. As far as the story goes though, nah.
Actually, had no idea about this. I’m going to have to research that more, it genuinely sounds really interesting to me. Thanks for the heads up!
Superman 64 would like to have a word.
I feel like I remember it happening at least once before, but I couldn’t tell you what episode or what business.
Still needs to return that spotlight she stole from the Holofcener film.
No Uncut Gems, no Last Black Man in San Francisco, no The Farewell, no The Lighthouse. This is why I don’t watch the Oscars.
I saw The Meg in January last year and loved every moment of it. My general fear of water makes any horror movie involving water a must-see for me. I saw CRAWL! And I liked it!
He did, but he had a really satisfying fight first.
This story sounds very familiar, haha. That’s my fiancee, she just appreciates that I’m handling cooking duties for a night, meanwhile I’m panicking over just an ordinary dinner and disappointed it’s not Michelin chef quality.
I’m definitely improving at breakfast and fried foods, though.
For sure, and no disagreement there. I was mostly just going for the kindred spirit thing with the egg and a frame. They were a childhood favorite.
As a man who has struggled with learning to cook all my life (I burn, like, everything), the “egg in a frame” has been my litmus test over the years for improvement. The good news is I don’t burn them anymore! But yeah, I could see that being difficult for a first timer with the flipping (good god, the flipping).
Eh, is it funny? Even if you don’t think it’s racist, at best, it’s lazy and hacky.
Which, Leno, so seems right.
But Truman Capote was Armin Zola, that’d just be too confusing.
