800,000 people dead, and counting. And that’s with taking precautions to mitigate the spread.

Rural states and areas where a lot of these tracks are is a big part of the problem.  Rural sheriffs are refusing to enforce mask rules.  Rural mayors are ignoring the problem and refusing to do anything.  Rural governors are taking no action, forcing schools to be open, and talking about how masks make things worse.

EDIT: I took your bait. But, it’s not like I’m going to change your mind, so I’m not going to fan your flames. So, go ahead and represent your, whatever it is...

I’m sorry, but you cannot compare what Michael Vick did and what Kyle Larson did. I don’t care how offensive the word Larson said was, it doesn’t come close to what Vick was convicted and spent time in prison for.

He is extremely talented; no doubt whatsoever. In terms of the ladder that most modern NASCAR drivers goes through he absolutely kills it and continues to do so with his sprint car outings. In terms of overall versatility Larson may be (have been) one of the better drivers in the upper echelons of American

See, this is a prime example of why you should never try and appease the mob. It’s never satisfied once it’s bloodlust is up. I honestly can’t think of one time where apologizing publicly actually worked barring the mob deciding it needed a new ox to gore. If I’ve missed one then please let me know?

Michael Vick had a fucking dog fighting business running out of his house and the Eagles hired him as their QB. Vick admitted to the FBI that he was PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MURDER OF INNOCENT DOGS and the NFL let him play after a meager two-year suspension. And I’m willing to bet Michael and his buddies

Likely he already has G.Haas buy in.  They are the ones that bought into Kurt Busch when he was having suspected abuse issues.  Also Gene Haas has frequently used his own Haas Automation as the sponsor for cars in Nascar, not just F1. so they are already 2/3 of the way there.  I think they would still need a partial

They have many times over.  They hired Kurt Busch when NO team in NASCAR would touch him, and had the HAAS money to put him in a car without an outside sponsor.

wow ok now troll bots are on jalopnik as well

I can name two such corporations. 1. Haas Automation and 2. Stewart-Haas Racing. The moment NASCAR reinstates him, he will either be in a SHR car next race or at least signed for next year.

Haas can.

Short answer is probably yes.

I think Kyle’s use of this slur is an extension of the cesspool that is online gaming. My guess is he and his friends actually used terms like that it all the time, along with the tens of thousands of bro’s who populate this particular swamp. Kyle’s problem is the real world was peaking in and he showed a little too

“...what has brought them out?”

I forget, how long did Colin Kaepernick have to wait before he got his NFL job back?

I mean Kevin Ward did walk into the line of fire. Both are at fault for that incident.

I mean...we all know what brought them out...

NASCAR isn’t going to be the driver here, so to speak. Larson’s “indefinite suspension” took hold when his sponsors disappeared and Ganassi gave him the heave-ho.
