Excellent idea!
Nice car and rare in the USA, but not $43,500 rare. Plus the asshole wants that kind of very large money and it isn’t even California legal. Then there is the fact that the E30s are just much, much better automobiles and sell for much less. Pass on this one.
Sad news to read. And before someone says something when at BMW he had nothing to do with the recent grilles. I bet he cringes like I do everytime I see one. His Z8 design was a classic the day the first one was built.
Nope. No reason to look past the grille.
Total sad joke of a car. This moron is clueless about going fast in the desert and having both you and the car survive.
I know E30s can sell for crazy high prices now, but not this one. It’s a stock entry level car that would be a huge PITA to get smogged in California. I agree about hiding the plates. Fucking morons. ND
I crewed Lee Midgley’s Alfa for the 1971 Trans-Am season and saw this car race. Everyone was cheering it on back then. Rooting for the underdog.
Entries like this big turd are the reason I haven’t had time recently for NPOND.
In the mid-70s I bought one to use as a pit bike. Was too uncomfortable riding it and I got rid of it the next week. I think I got $200 for it. ND
Because down deep inside it is a Ford I considered this a bit. It’s different and I have never seen one before. But, the mismatched paint and no mention of service records tells me this belonged to someone that didn’t give a shit about the car. That alone would make me walk away. And then there is the Idaho title that…
You watch way too much right wing news. Oh and by the way San Jacinto is very much still in California.
The last Chevy I bought was in 1975 and I haven’t missed them. This is really a pretty boring car. ND
We had an ‘87 years ago and it went up and down the West Coast regularly loaded. It was a great little parts chaser. This one just has too many miles for me. Nope.
I’m not really much of a fan of Ferraris. It looks great, but the asking seems high. I just don’t really know or even care. ND
This would make a nice cheap daily driver for someone that goes up into the Sierras often like I did at for years. NP
Just think about how many famous drivers in the United States got their start in some shit box at the local county fairgrounds.
I didn’t know a bike could be so ugly. Wow! No thanks, I’ll stick with German bikes.
Seriously $6,800? ND
I like the idea of a little electric van to put around in, but this is the wrong one. It’s too old and is ready for new batts. ND
