(To the editor reading this: I’m sorry.)Don’t apologize for valuable journalism. I think this information is informational.

My definition is lacking. Like what is a Toyota Highlander? My definition is somewhat of a failure unless you start looking into the platform. The platform is shared with the Camry.... so Highlander isn’t a wagon. It’s a crap definition, apologies.

I was quite vague on my querries. I wonder about the sensing oncoming traffic and dipping one of the high-beams while keeping the other high-beam active.

I think the PHEV V90 or E-Class could be awesome.

I got everything but brown on my last new-car purchase. That vehicle was phased out so I am focused on manual at this point.

Hell.... even my manual-only stance might have gently softened as we age and as the size requirements draw us to these vehicles.

Here is an easy undefinition for you. Is it a high-riding or plastic-afied variant on a shared platform that offers or used to offer a car/hatch/wagon of the same platform? Then it isn’t a wagon.

When we admit wagons are just SUVs but better at on-road driving?

Sometimes you lean into the cliché...

Woah! Check out that four-by-four!

hah! That would be a cool thing to get the engineering degree. I recover from the day-to-day myself by hanging out here and dreaming about being independently wealthy and tinkering with vehicles. I say go for it in general though, as reaching for more hasn’t hurt me yet (it’s just a painful journey) if that make sense.

Yeah... I probably fell for the Mazda hype regarding “Skyactive” and supercapacitors. I’ve seen a few youtubes with bus and other large vehicles using them... clearly I should have focused on the large vehicles part though.

You might even be able to do some sort of cylinder deactivation (aka fire each of the rotaries intermittently in part throttle (eco-mode) operation) and rely on the EV motor to fill in some of the power deficit.

You made me check and you are correct:

In fact, if your source happens to be something like an old Laserdisc player that has both composite and S-video, you will get better picture quality using the composite output of the LD player because the newer TV’s comb filter will do a much better job than the one that came in the LD player.

Fascinating. I’ve
