What a wonderfully unintentional pun.

I think it’s due more to math — he didn’t share carries, they gave him the ball 39 times a game. Again, he’s good, I simply think he’s far more a product of the system rather than a unique talent like Herschel or Bo or Cam or Watson.

I think what’s most impressive about Saban’s run is how he has recruited and then developed one outstanding front seven player after another. It’s an assembly line of top notch d-tackles and linebackers and the depth they have every year is amazing.

He’s good, he aint Herschel, but he’s good. I just don’t think he’s a better football player than Watson or McAffrey. He’s a very good running back, nothing more. Alabama could have run that freshman kid, 6-2 240 and he would have had a 2,000 yard season in that offense.

Henry, like Trent Richardson before him, was a product of an outstanding run-blocking offensive line and Saban’s ball control offense. He’s good, but he wasn’t the best player in college football last year even though he was rewarded for his 2,000-yard season.

You saw for yourself in last night’s game a football player who was more skilled, more dangerous to a defense and who had far more impact on the title game (and the entire season) than Henry and that was Watson.

Not to be too harsh, but Henry didn’t deserve the Heisman. Watson and McAffrey are both far better football players, Henry was a big back who got the ball 30 times a game and he’s far from being the best player on his own team.

And Leicester managed to score twice against the top defense in the PL only to have the referee decide the game in the end. That was the best game of the weekend and the ref fucked it on a terrible call.

Simply the best.

A couple of commenters mentioned it on another thread, but he may be the result of fetal alcohol syndrome.

But this entire process was a charade.

Magic, Kareem, Rambis?

Now that you mention it, she sure does

“You better play well out there today, because if you don’t, it’s going to be bad tonight.”

Airwrecka!

Huh, I thought it was spelled “repeated straight lefts to the face.” Language is funny, man.

Thanks random internet comment dudes, I’ll give it a shot.

At least the Phils are interesting and there are three or four young players to keep an eye on.

And we fucking ate far too many of those Golden Promise Chips that the local and national media served up to us with heaping helpings of that delicious cream sauce of “just think of what this offense will do when Chip finally gets full control of personnel.”

That yelly-angry-British-cooking show dude has an amazing recipe for wellington. Too lazy to look for the link, though.
