Today my youngest nephew turned four. I was in such a bad place when he was born. Incredibly broke, had just been fired for the second time in three months, dating someone I should not have given the time of day, etc etc.

I have been known to lick plates in front of other people. Or at least do the finger swipe.

I found out the hard way that I'm allergic to Vicodin. Also I went back to food way too soon afterward because I got really bored of only eating rice and pudding. It hurt but the strongest thing I could take was Motrin, which didn't work.

I'm pretty good with languages. I grew up speaking English and Hebrew at home and picked up Latin, Spanish, and ASL for funsies. I only speak English fluently but I can understand Hebrew very well and can have a brief conversation in Spanish.
