haha give me a break. alltell was a SMALL competitor compared to t-mobile.

the fine is completely ridiculous, regardless of how where it's being used. can a single label really justify 15 BILLION in lost revenue?

grooveshark VIP is $9/month, the same as spotify. grooveshark plus is $6/month, which is $1 more than spotify unlimited.

and bullets cause death, what is your point? its used a weapon, if it tickled you and made you smile it wouldn't be very effective.

WAVs? why would you do this? they would take up way too much room and the target audience isn't audiophiles, it's teens and young adults with 20,000 tracks in their library.

While this certainly does suck, I can't really argue with it. The guy has yet to be found guilty of any crime at this point in time. I think he's a piece of shit, but even he deserves his day in court.

Is it or is it not completely OWNED by Brookfield? The answer is yes. Therefore they call the shots. Which is exactly why the park is open 24hrs a day. It doesn't have a curfew like every other CITY OWNED park.

It is 100% owned by Brookfield Properties. Its not public property. My outrage is completely justified. If a judge tells Brookfield they have no right to evict these people from a private property, then a judge can tell me I can't evict you from setting up a tent on my lawn.

"Zuccotti Park, formerly called Liberty Plaza Park, is a 33,000-square-foot (3,100 m2) publicly accessible park in Lower Manhattan, New York City, privately owned by Brookfield Properties. After renovations in 2006, the park was renamed by its current owners, Brookfield Office Properties, after company chairman John

Correct if I'm wrong but isn't the park privately owned by a property management company? how on earth can a judge tell a private property owner that he has to let people squat on his property? OWS wants to talk about "rights", what about the right of the property owner? What about the right of other city residents to

never thought of that.....it actually makes complete sense.

im going to copy and paste this everywhere

they are only stopping mobile flash. they are still developing it for desktop platforms.

i could see dallas picking this fool up.

yes. 19 a month is plenty worth it for a 3g network to fall back on. when there is no wifi available you can still make a call or send a text over 3g.

forget all of the unlimited talk. most of us have smart phones, which in turn comes with a mandatory data plan, even if you dont use it. most of us are saturated by wifi at home, at work, at restaurants, etc. what this does is let you say "screw it" to the mandatory data plan. i love it. its a great option for people

well, you're using your wifi, but since you have smart phone, you are likely paying 70/month for it. this is only 19. thats the selling point.

it's pretty apparent, yet no one saw it for 700 years? those 2 statements are contradictory. its only apparent because they outlined it for you. cannot unsee.

the article discusses penile cancer, which means you have it the wrong way around. they are giving sex to the animals not the other way around. how the hell do you receive sex from a chicken?

are you implying because they boned a chicken or a horse that they are homosexual?
