Yes, this. We don’t have to think that Rowe is a bad player to see the way things cascaded last night by never playing Butler. It led to Bademosi being in the game more than he normally would, it led to Chung having more direct responsibility to cover Agholor in the slot and so on. In a game decided by one score,…
As someone who has watched Rowe fail to cover #2 and #3 and #4 receivers all season, they probably would have been better bringing Troy Brown out of retirement.
It’s not Butler over Rowe that would make a difference, it’s Butler over Richards and Bademosi.
Belichick is a stubborn man who plays by the rules he makes. He’s had ridiculous success under those rules.
Maybe Belicheck hates Philadelphia so much that he wanted to see it destroyed.
They looked like touchdowns to me

Tom Brady: somehow the one white guy on the Pats who *can’t* catch a pass
Him, Pop, and Stan the man are easily the most likeable coaches. I like Spo too but I’m not sure if that’s league-wide since I’m a Heat fan.
Truth. It amuses me that we are in a period with such an overwhelming dominant NFL team and NBA team (both of which I’m happy to cheer against) that are such polar opposites - especially the coaches. Those clips of BB “smiling” this week were just gross — as real and likable as the characters in Food Fight.

What’s westbrook going to do? Sneak into this guys bedroom, while the fan sleeps, and dress him in an ugly outfit?
I support this, but I have a perverse interest in watching things being broken. Sure, let’s break the NBA. I’m down.
Counterpoint: Sports bars are actually awful places to watch sports, and I routinely go to non-sports bars to watch sports in peace and quiet whilst eating food and drinking beer.
