That is technically correct. However, demonstrating superiority or lack of inferiority depends on the trial design and the therapeutic area. Because the FDA must approve the trial design, it does, somewhat indirectly require that evidence.

The FDA doesn’t consider drug price as a component of the approval process, just safety and efficacy.

Agreed. I would hazard a guess that at the time of initial approval and clinical trials, the average weight was appreciably lower. Assuming a typical 10 year development period, the CDC gives an average weight of 138 pounds in 2007.

Salaries are rising but the requirements for entry level have too. Many jobs in the greater Boston area require a Master’s degree. Your market may vary however.

Yes, so much this. I always ask these questions in interviews. You can tell a great deal about a person’s​ compenantcy and engagement. Another useful tactic is the “dumb” question Gambit. It revels their level of knowledge​ and if they’re a jerk.

You make some fine arguments but I don’t necessarily agree with statement regarding college grads. The quality of education varies wildly between institutions. I do wish there was some way of differentiating schools beside reputation and name recognition.

Umm, the hair removal thing doesn’t work on her skin type because the melanin (pigmentation) absorbs too much of the energy to effectively damage the hair follicle. There are light based methods for hair removal for people with darker complexions but the risk of permanent scaring or skin damage generally limits use.

In my 15 or so years as a professional scientist, I’ve found that older (male) physicists tend to be the least accepting of new theories and most likely to comment on the work of others well outside of their training and expertise. Fortunetly, the current crop of physics folks aren’t so afflicted.

Hopefully they’ll continue to offer manual transmissions. I plan on purchasing a GTI when I graduate from Grad School (~2 years). I’d be really sad if a six speed wasn’t on offer.
