Agreed, Game Boy version = best version. I love that song.

AMEN. This soundtrack blew me away. I *still* blast this song anytime I have to get myself psyched up for something. It's just SO GOOD.

Love me some French Horns, and this track has them in spades. One of my favorite game theme songs of the generation, for sure.

But if you had to pick just one track... (especially starting at 1:11)

LOVED this soundtrack, tho this is my favorite track of all from it.

I live in NYC, and bought a 3DS to play things like Fire Emblem and Luigi's Mansion. Sounds like I'm missing out on one of the best parts of 3DS ownership! Time to turn StreetPass on and carry my 3DS on my daily subway commute...

Pleeeaaase no more four-hour-long, hand-holding tutorial intros, whatever else you do with Zelda! The intro part of Skyward Sword nearly sapped my will to live. One of the many things that A Link to the Past did RIGHT was to throw you into a castle full of enemies with nothing but a sword and your wits within the

Perhaps it's time to invest in a new fan or some better cooling for your CPU/GPU. This is a user-solvable problem, unlike the problem of my launch-window PS3 that gets so hot it's like I have a space heater plugged in.

I plan on getting most cross-platform games for my PC when possible. I have a wireless controller adapter and it's hooked up to my TV via HDMI, so it's pretty much just like playing a console. Plus there will be a variety of graphics options (including options better than what the PS4 and XBOne can produce), and the

Ugh, yes, I also love the crazy input lag that's happening on the Timeless Isle right now - up to 1 second delays between pressing a button and seeing the ability triggered by that button actually happen.

Wow, you want to "breed out the sub-humans" who disagree with you? Way to keep things classy.

No idea. Maybe we all just have sex on the brain? There are worse problems to have, for sure...

Facebook and Twitter should make out.

Agreed, I'm glad I got a "launch window " PS3 (even at $600) because I did use the backwards compatibility for quite a while, and I didn't have a Blu-Ray player at the time. And that 60GB launch machine is still going strong! (Meanwhile my gf and I have been through several 360s.) That said, I see little reason to

Okay, we can disagree about the definition of a rape joke, but that wasn't the main point of my initial comment anyway. My points were a) that I'm glad Kotaku covered this because it's clearly an issue that's still important to many people, and b) if PA wants to have a show that's welcoming to all, they need to do a

Well, the comic was a rape joke in the sense that it was a joke that uses a rape reference as a way to get to its punchline, but I actually don't have much of a problem with the comic itself. It illustrates a very true, ridiculous thing about MMO quests.

Patricia, thanks for posting this - I've seen a lot of discussion about how not okay it is on Twitter from people in the industry whose opinions I respect. I'm sure this post will soon be overrun with comments from people defending rape jokes and personally insulting you for the coverage, but I'm really glad to see

As someone who was a not-straight teenage girl in the '90s, this game sounds like a must-buy. Riot girl soundtrack? Sign me up!
