I don’t read comic books but everyone is saying Miles Morales is a welcoming change and a fresh new story and probably one of the few times when this superhero is as good as the original.

The movie already has a diverse cast. How can it possibly do better? By having a 33 year old play someone half his age?

Sorry but, MAoS has been awesome for a very long time.

what?????? You my friends are out of your minds. AOS is by far the best comic book show on network TV (not counting the mutant show on fox, haven’t seen it)

Pixar back in the day: “Hey, kids! What if your toys could talk? And bugs were cute! And monsters were nice? And and and... yay!”

Pixar now: “Your wife will die. Your emotions will die. Your cars and toys will DIE.”

I’ve heard there were....parallels between WW and a certain Avenger who was earlier on the scene than others.

So spoiler, spoiler....

Why doesn’t anyone do cool stuff like this in the US? I’d love to go see a life size giant robot, and do not have the funds or time to go to Japan sadly.

The only proper way to dismantle a Gundam is to have Heero emerge from the cockpit and push the self-destruct button.

oh look! lots of people judging a movie before they’ve even watched it.

My apologies for being excited about something.

Considering that so far all the Unknown Regions talk has been limited to novels, I kinda doubt it. At least within the scope of the sequel trilogy.

That’s not a bad theory. Snoke as an ancient bad guy would explain where the hell he came from. That said, I expect Lucasfilm is also planning for the next phase of the Star Wars universe (beyond Episode IX), and extragalactic threats could be part of that as well.

No. I am guessing that they are building to Supreme Leader Snoke. My guess (based on hints so far) is that he an ancient evil that was booted out of the known galaxy by the Jedi Order a long time ago. Ol’ Palps know that Snoke would sense the Jedi’s demise and start making his way back to the known galaxy. Thus he

Honestly, I miss the days of just casting a younger actor who kind of looks like the older one. It requires some suspension of disbelief, but doesn’t take me out of the movie instantly like now.

Those villagers are assholes. I understand if there was an anti-intellectualism thing going on in that town, it was the 1800s after all, but to destroy the one thing that could save half the villagers from hours of backbreaking labor?

As long as it doesn’t end up all revolving around some magical force tree, then fine.

I still like my own theory: Kyo Ren was the one who saved Rey from the massacre because he knows she is the key to the future of the jedi/sith...or something.

Counter-counterpoint: his scheming was more convoluted than Zemo’s in Civil War. Also he existed just to move the plot foreword.

Ok, maybe someone will finally be able to explain something to me - why the hell did Superman say Martha instead of “my mother”? Wouldn’t that have been a clearer and more efficient way to communicate in this situation? Does Superman just calls his mom by her first name on a regular basis, like I’ve seen some
