Today at the dog park some old guy said to my puppy, “You’re so ugly you’re almost cute.” Like, I get it that not everyone finds the same breeds to be cute, but come on. My baby is cute.

God, it must really be awful for those creators to have a bunch of people on the internet making assumptions about their intentions and criticizing them publicly. Good thing it’s only on twitter though, imagine if there was a whole app, just for that!

Adopted 12.5 years ago. She hadn’t been trained AT ALL—didn’t know “sit” or her name, but was potty-trained on the first day as soon as I busted out the cheese.
This was my shelter pooch. She was the best xmas present that a girl could’ve got. We went to the shelter just to see the animals and my dad knew he wouldn’t be getting me out of there without this wonderful beast. She was the easy going-ist of pups for all her 14.5 years spent with my fam.
My rescue pups (Buster, on the right, was 24 hours away from being put down in a shelter when I adopted him, and I found Sophie on the freeway):
This is our pup from the shelter. He’s a bit insane and one of the most awesome dogs we’ve ever had.
