Can a lawyer please explain how anyone can have standing with such a law on the books? Sure they can file a civil case but they aren’t being affected so why do they have standing?

I would think conservative justices would be especially worried about a law that gives everybody and their cousin standing to sue anybody within sight of somebody committing an act that some legislature deems unacceptable.

Given the general griftthriftiness of most right-wingers in terms of website development, what are the odds that something as basic as a sql injection attack could get through to its database?

I’m not going to pretend that I’m above “twinks/lesbians/etc. be like” humor, both because I’m a basic bitch and because twinks/lesbians/etc. really do be like that at times. But what works in a bitchy tweet from Bowen Yang or whoever doesn’t work in a whole-ass animated series that’s asking for a time investment.

Shore Leave 1000% better representation than anything on this show.

Truly still thrown by the fact that so many people who have made so many shows I have enjoyed came together to make this thing I could not stand.
