Democrats tried this whole “state’s rights" thing before. The results ended up creating the Republican party and freeing the slaves. Federal law trumps State EVERY SINGLE TIME. For the angry mob, instead of living in hate as Democrats of yore, just go out and vote next time.

Tesla is selling plenty of model 3s because of the relatively low price for admission. Ford has plenty of space in their trucks for a 150+kWh battery and ability to charge $70k+ without their customers thinking twice about it. A good product sells regardless of what gas prices are at the moment.
