I think it’s because so many stupid people put studded tires on and then just leave them on, forever. I live about an hour south of Boulder, and I have to listen to that irritating buzz all the way through til August some years because morons leave their studs on, throwing up trails of ruined tarmac in their wake (yes

It’s to prevent Michigan roads from destroying perfectly good studs.

I am ashamed to admit that it took me more than a few minutes to get “knee grow.” Why come up with a great team name like “Wet Dream Team” and not use sexual innuendo names? So easy... DP3, Matt Boner, just to name a couple of quick ones.

I wonder if this was just developed for the record attempt or if this is something they are testing for production vehicles. I’m sure that idea has come up before. This car is not a monster. Please change the title, it’s extremely upsetting.

Wood is the form he will hand hammer aluminun over

Yeah, when I read about this kind of stuff I realize I’ve wasted my life doing boring shit for other people. I am not worthy...

FYI, this build (engine and chassis) was actually done in his garage. Nth Moto is just tuning it. Not a big deal but it’d be nice to impress on readers just how awesome Don is.

Read about this yesterday; this guy is a metal fab god. Here’s what it’s going into. Never enough props for somebody with this kind of skill.

You can achieve anything with a can do fuck it attitude.

I’m not sure what part of this story gave you the impression these guys were particularly bright.

Metal flake looks awesome! Assuming you drive a ‘75 Ford Econoline van with a fire-breathing dragon airbrushed onto the sides.

If you click two of these together you end up in Kansas somehow.
