I watched a documentary on Facilitated Communication a year or two ago. It was just so tragically sad that I couldn’t finish watching it. It is a picture which has been composed poorly, exceptionally so. I could honestly do better while drunk with my cellphone. The color has been shifted badly, the angle doesn’t flatter her face at all, and the smeared mud/sand just looks bad.

It should be pointed out that the entire story is being told by Rose to the research crew so she could be making up half the story. She might have left Jack to die at some point or he might not have even existed.

Titanic is a Unreliable Narrator story anyway. Rose is telling the whole story. Jack might not have even existed.

Yeah, this should, at absolute most, warrant an officer telling her “maybe next time, use your words more, not your food” and sending her on her way.
