uhmm...yeah. this

I haven’t tried the lemon ones, but those sound delicious! The basic cake mix cookie recipe I believe is 2 eggs, 1/2 cup veg oil, and the box. I have done the funfetti, white, yellow, chocolate, and red velvet ones so far.

Cake mix cookies. I’m “that guy” in the office that always brings food in to fatten up my coworkers. A few years ago my friend made these cookies that were SOFA.KING.GOOD, and said they were her mom’s secret recipe.

I generally don’t read product manuals, because ‘Murica!, but thanks to that episode of This Is Us, I thought maybe I should take a look at my Instant Pot one.

You’re right, desktops are different beast. I was referring to specifically resale value of laptops, not performance. I’m 100% windows on the desktop side- way easier to swap out parts and keep it running well enough long term for sure.

Same here! I got a 13" MB Pro when I started grad school back in 2011. The thing never even flinched for 7 years. Even the notorious fraying charger cable held out until last summer when I finally had to tape it up.

Although they are definitely more...plain than some of the luxury lineups, I think they are much better differentiated that the current MB lineup. The C and E Class are sucking at the teet of the S Class design language so hard they have milk squirting out of their ears.

^ Correct answer.

Wait....have you never had Zaxby’s?

Great question!

Damn....that thing is serving some Charger/A3 hybrid realness. Beautiful.

he didnt, but you are correct, they are quite slow

haha this is amazing

haha its true...they are all over seattle. it should be the city’s mascot

Its a lifted impreza, and it has a boxer engine. Plus, as an AWD vehicle offered with a manual, it almost puts it in unicorn territory.

I guess my definition of quirk is a little different, or we are living in the golden age of automobiles. Sure, its no Saab, but I’ll give Subaru a little credit for lifting the Impreza wagon and making it look much better (IMO). Im sure there are Subaru people out there who can talk all day long about the quirkiness

Done and done. Get a used/CPO Crosstrek. Perfect blend of utility, weirdness, reliability, and price. You can even get one with a manual.

I actually just changed my federal tax with-holding to take and extra $75 out each check. Since the tax changes reduced my liability for 2018, it doesnt quite work out to a true $75 drop per check, so I wont feel it as much.

Auto transfer is the best! I have my direct deposit set to put $300 of every check into a savings account, and it really helps me keep my mind off of that money. I cant figure out what I was spending that $ on before...I havent noticed a change living out of the checking account lol. Guess if I dont see it I dont miss

He does address it to a degree now, but in a way that very narrowly fits his plan. Since he teaches a no-credit-score lifestyle, and only manually underwritten mortgages, then the whole discussion of how the scores are calculated becomes irrelevant.
