My favorite part of that was that you can see Wick counting, basically. When he gets close to running out of ammo he changes tactics to make sure that when he uses the last bullet, he's got another weapon ready. It's not haphazard at all.

I seriously recommend watching some of the behind-the-scenes stuff in the special features on the John Wick DVD/Blu-ray/whatever. It's unreal how much of the shit he was doing, like…basically all the driving was him, for example. It really gave me a deeper appreciation for the movie.
